Care Instructions: DTG (direct to product) printing requires special care instructions to maintain the quality of the print of your garment. With garment inside out, machine wash cold (max 30C or 90F) on gentle cycle with mild detergent (more intense detergents can have enzymes or abrasives that can damage the print). No bleach or fabric softener. Still inside out hang dry or tumble dry low heat. To avoid cracking or fading print If needed with garment inside out use cool iron. Do not iron directly on desgin. Do not dryclean.

If there’s an issue affecting multiple products that use the same design, an additional photo (or video) of all affected items visible in one frame is required for confirmation purposes. I have a 30 day window from date of product delivery to contact my print provider to request replacement or refund.
